What are the benefits of buying Rippa machinery from JoyT5?

As the first official dealer of Rippa equipment in Canada, JoyT5 has a taken a big step in bridging the gap in the machinery market. There has not been much precedent or representation of the imported machinery industry in Canada. Many companies deal Rippa equipment in Canada, however as independent resellers there hasn't been much incentive put on the after-sales support. This has perpetuated a negative stereotype on what is in reality quality equipment with unbeatable value. JoyT5 is not an offshore reseller. Our goal is to give our customers a range of excellent value driven options in terms of heavy equipment, without forcing them compromise of quality and support. Do we offer warranty on our machines?

All JoyT5 Branded Machines come standard with a 1 Year/1500h parts warranty (which ever comes first). JoyT5 currently stocks parts for our most popular models in Canada, meaning at any point during the warranty, if there is an issue with your machine, we'll provide replacement parts quickly and efficiently.  

Do we sell parts for non-JoyT5 machines?

Many imported excavators use comparable parts and have similar mounting patterns for attachments. An example of this is our attachments collection, which offers attachments which suit mounting patterns found on other brands of mini excavator such as AgroTK, FF Industrial, Machpro, Vicsec, DLK Industrial and Lanty. Since our mission is to solve one of the biggest issues in the Imported Excavator industry, we won't deny help to anyone looking for parts if we have them available. However, we offer preferred pricing and priority to JoyT5 Customers above those looking for parts for non-JoyT5 machines.

How soon can you pick up your machine?

At JoyT5, we try our best to maintain a stock of machines in Canada available for purchase and pickup immediately. If we have your machine in stock we will let you know. At this time we have been experiencing high demand, with many or our machines being on backorder. We highly recommend planning your order well in advance. If your machine is currently on backorder, the estimated date of arrival after placing a deposit can range from 2-4 months. 

How much do I need to pay in advance to order a machine?

To Preorder a machine we ask for a 20% deposit with the rest of the cost of the machine being paid upon receival. 

Do we offer delivery?

JoyT5 maintains a network of trusted delivery contractors. Our team will be able to refer you on to a transportation provider at a reasonable cost. 

Do we offer financing?

JoyT5 works with multiple finance brokers. To learn more about our financing options visit our financing page or reach out to our team directly.

Do we rent out our machines?

JoyT5 has partnered with with equipment rental companies currently using JoyT5 machinery in multiple cities across Canada. Visit our Excavator Rentals page to learn more.

Do we have demo models for showcases?

We are always happy to show live showcases, by appointment, for machines we have currently in stock. If we don't have the machine you are looking for currently in stock, the JoyT5 YouTube channel posts demonstrations of our machines, as well as lifting capacity tests. 

Do we offer dealership agreements?

JoyT5 is currently accepting dealership applications in Canada. If you are interested in becoming an official dealer of JoyT5 machinery fill out a Dealership Application form.
